2022    Issues destroying us: My list of 22 atrocities, but more exist…

Here is a short list of subjects that are depressingly killing you and me, mostly because people (possibly yourself) are not willing to face reality and make a U-turn and draw strength from God’s Word (the Bible) and Godly friends to overcome these ills. These societal problems affecting individuals within our diverse collective cities woefully divide our communities, families, and even churches. These plagues cause family and friends to become shady and distant contributing to selfishness, pride, and loveless interactions. A cold world is unacceptable! Jesus gave us wisdom to be victorious over evil within ourselves and Jesus’ love, healing, and salvation must take center stage, so we do not drown in the cesspool of humanity’s sinful endeavors. 

The addictions, inordinate passions, and practices provoking misery on us all include:

 

Porn addicts (virtual or in person date site hook-ups which exploit those trafficked and abused), 

sexual deviants (abusers of bodies recruiting others doing injurious physical & mental trauma)

drug consumers (prescribed by corrupt doctors or street drugs killing many by overdoses), 

alcohol imbibers (big spending for daily doses creating major health and relational issues), 

gamblers (folks wasting saved fortunes or inheritances placing them on losing bets), 

gaming addicts (brain altered youth or adults demanding full time in the cyber world), 

news junkies (those obsessed with imposing misinformation on others for personal gain), 

fear-mongers (weak people obsessed with imposing hypocritical rules on others), 

religious fanatics (devotees who demand eliminating infidels to their ideas and practices), 

gluttony participants (excessive consumption of food leading to serious health issues), 

narcissists (dysfunctional selfish degenerates who destroy everyone near them),

thieves (people scamming the system or by direct stealing from people or stores),

riot brawlers (violent destroyers, anarchist types who tear down without rebuilding)

murderers (abortion participants, bribed evil doctors, nurses, and pharma product pushers)

deceivers (promoters of secret societies and blackmailing schemes for control of souls),

unapathetic flunkies (cold-hearted non supporters of the sick, homeless, and destitute)

political extremists (hateful liars who want the destruction of all who dissent from their causes)

Satanists (human sacrificing blood consuming occultists popularized by media productions)

crony capitalists (mega businesses that form monopiles eliminating small time entrepreneurs)

fake scientists (politicized exploiters who scheme submission and funding by misinformation) 

elderly abusers (those promoting suicide, an age cap, or mistreat the aged to eliminate them)  compromisers (wimpy ones who compromise being indifferent to immorality and debauchery)

Ephesians 6:10-18

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
